I’d love to share a quick story with you. When a past client of mine first came to me, she was feeling completely hopeless. She was tired of tracking macros for years and feeling discouraged–and even humiliated–by the macro coaches who were supposed to be helping her. She spent hours every day on MyFitnessPal, missed holiday events and date nights with her boyfriend, and would binge after the slightest eating “mistake.”
As someone who knows exactly what this lifestyle feels like, I felt nothing but empathy for this client. She started my 1:1 coaching, and over the course of six months, we met regularly over Zoom to discuss intuitive eating, mindset, and more. We charted a course of action to help her overcome her body image struggles and begin to feel healthy and happy–because yes, it’s possible to feel both those things at once. These days, she can’t even fathom going back to dieting, and I’m incredibly proud of her progress and renewed perspective.
